Assistant Project Manager – Residential High Rise

Responsibilities

* Assist PM in holding pre-construction meetings to review contract requirements and specifications.

* Liason with Estimating and Business Development to review project information

* Manage costs and mitigate budget overruns. Review labour and material budgets regularly.

* Schedule Receipt and Review of all Reports generated from accounting and comparing against project reports to ensure accuracy

* Assist PM in the Preparation of regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.

* Perform Periodic on-site visits to monitor progress in accordance to planning and budgetary goals and timelines

* Review contract documents for accuracy.

* Execute prepared project schedules and budgetary goals.

 

Qualifications

* 3 to 5 years of construction experience on projects sized $10 million plus

* You have a working knowledge of constriction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software

* Developing and maintaining strong client rapport in support of the PM
