We are currently working with our client, a well-known developer/asset management firm to find a Project Manager. The projects are commercial office high rise.

You will need 7+ years of base build owners rep project management experience.

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to coordinate, manage and report on the activities related to the construction of assigned commercial office towers.


In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Manage the design and construction of medium to large scale commercial office projects ranging from $50-$150M and may include related Tenant Fit-up work, under the direction of Senior Management;
  • Coordinate the execution of design drawings working closely with the team of consultants and ensure adherence to design schedule and quality control standards;
  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction carried out by the General Contractor;
  • Coordinate the submissions and issuance of municipal permits required to complete the work;
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets and provide regular reporting to Senior Management;


To be successful you will need the following

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in the project management field in the Commercial Construction or Real Estate Development industry
  • Completion of a university degree or college diploma in Construction Management / Construction Technology field is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of the basic elements in high-rise commercial buildings, including mechanical and electrical system
  • Demonstrated track record of capability to schedule and coordinate requirements with design consultants and general contractors
  • Ability to work through solutions to basic design and construction problems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team atmosphere
