We are currently working with our client, an asset management firm involved in the management of commercial, residential and retail. to find an experienced Property Services Supervisor for a commercial office complex in downtown Toronto.

They are one of the most successful and well-respected firms in the industry.

 

In this role, you will be responsible to perform the following tasks

  • Reporting directly to the Manager, Property Services, you will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with tenants, co-workers, contractors, and service providers while maintaining a courteous attitude, and delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Ensure tenant work orders relating to housekeeping, window cleaning, waste management, pest control and building facilities are responded to and completed.
  • Schedule and track preventative maintenance on building equipment
  • Conduct daily and weekly property inspections to include common areas and vacant space.
  • Conduct monthly cleaning inspections with housekeeping and tenant contacts. Maintain accurate records of cleaning inspections
  • Assist the Manager, Property Services with creating and tracking KPIs for several service contracts including housekeeping, landscaping, waste removal, loading dock and courier intercept, snow removal, and window cleaning.
  • Ensure service contract schedules are being met, and work being completed is of the highest standard.
  • Waste diversion tracking,¬†communicate with tenants and gather additional reports form tenants to ensure we have an accurate diversion rate for the complex.
  • Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Assist the Manager, Property Services with the tendering of service contracts as needed.
