       PMC is proudly looking for a highly skilled Senior IT technician to join a reputable MSP based in Markham. If you are looking for an enthusiastic, good culture, professional team environment we would like to help you!

       You will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to clients within upgrade, repair and troubleshooting.


  • Onsite technical support (70% of time)
  • Supervise tickets received by Help Desk to make sure process of queue is on first-in first-out based on Priority
  • Able to provide excellent customer service as a first level contact
  • Escalate unresolved inquiries to the next level of technical support
  • Provide solutions to customers based on company’s processes
  • Maintain professional communication with customers within providing a proper feedback on time
  • Prepare, record, maintain all professional documentation and reports done on time
  • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements if required


  • Minimum 4 years proven working experience in IT help desk / technical support role
  • ITIL v3 Foundation, A+ certification, Network+, or Sec+
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Experience using Fortinet, setup and troubleshoot of firewalls, routers, switches, and modems
  • Having knowledge of EMR applications is an asset
  • Familiarity of ConnectWise Ticketing System
  • ·Strong network setup/troubleshooting skills
  • Experience configuring both Windows and Mac computers
  • Operating system support (Windows 7 through 10, Mac OS )
  • Own vehicle is required
