About You:

  • Are you looking for the ability to work alongside, and mentor under Site Superintendents and Project Managers on multiple prestigious High-Rise Construction projects from cradle to grave?
  • Do you thrive working on site-based roles where you oversee coordination and planning all construction functions (Including administrative tasks, scheduling of all onsite activities, jobsite paperwork, receiving and safeguarding materials and jobsite cleanliness)?
  • Do you have experience working on large-scale High-Rise projects, and are looking to enhance your skill set further with one of the premier Builder/Developers in Toronto?

What the Developer Is Looking For:

  • A Site Coordinator who is looking to grow with the company and has experience on High-Rise projects in the GTA from start to finish.
  • An ideal candidate will have to be Detailed, Knowledgeable, and able to work well on a tight deadline in order to get the work done on time and on budget.
  • Looking for someone who can always find a better way to add value to the project and to use their strengths and drive success for the organization.

Compensation Range:

  • $70K to $95K+ is the starting salary range for a Project Manager, depending solely on the skills and experience you bring to the table. If you think you deserve more coming in the door, tell us why and the option may become available!
