Corporate Trainer
Location: Downtown Toronto, Remote to start

Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is looking to hire a Corporate Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be a remote role to start.

Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:

•Provide consultative services in development, execution and facilitation of different learning programs and initiatives that will strengthen and develop the skills of all employees

•Provide an engaging learning experience that will assist in building high performing resources across the business to help achieve key talent and business goals

•Plan, develop and execute on training programs

•Test new training programs

•Ensure that all new employees are trained on all corporate tools

•Monitor the various learning programs for continuous improvements

Qualifications:

•Over 3 years of experience in corporate training

•Experience training all Microsoft Suite

•Experience training document management software a definite asset

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
