Project Manager (Implementation Planning)

Our client is looking for an individual to be a key contributor in planning out a phased Workday implementation program. This is a large scale initiative with an external Partner.

This role is to drive the planning and preparations for rolling Workday out to multiple sites worldwide – no direct reports, no operational deliverables. This is understanding what they’ve done, what will work best going forward, engaging stakeholders and building a detailed implementation roadmap.

 

Expected experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ PM experience
  • Strong experience with Workday implementation projects
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organization skills including the ability to manage tasks and the necessary follow ups
  • Be able to effectively facilitate meetings including conflict and mediation skills
  • Experience managing Global
  • Experience with HR processes and transformational projects
